After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at info@souvevip.click. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
